Acclaimed New Zealander Barista, Buzz Fendall, AKA The Bald Barista, is not only passionate about coffee, he is a Coffee Guru!
So dedicated to improving the quality of coffee throughout Ireland, in partnership with Café de Cuba he has raised the coffee standards in the skilful
creation of Fixx and has achieved an intensely pleasurable gourmet coffee.
In addition to training barista's in the art of coffee making, he lectures in various third level institutes. Buzz is an executive member of the
Barista Guild of Ireland who is committed to the development of coffee culture in his adopted home of Ireland.
Buzz opened his first coffee shop The Bald Barista in October 2007 and has recently opened the doors of his second business,
