Delivery Method and Timing
Subject to stock availability goods are dispatched within 48 hours. In order to keep your costs to a minimum delivery method is via postal service.
Estimated time of deliveries:
Ireland 1-3 working days
UK 5-7 working days
Rest of World 7-10 working days.
Refund and Return Policy
In the event that your goods are damaged in transit please return the goods within 14 days. The goods will promptly be replaced and any additional agreed costs incurred by you will be reimbursed.
In the event that your goods are lost in the postal service every effort will be made to locate the package and if not located, your order will be replaced.
If you are unhappy with the quality or condition of our goods, please return within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.

Payment
Payment can be made online with Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Maestro, JCB, Visa Delta, Visa Electron. Offline payments including, Cheque, Postal order and Bank Transfer (made payable to Café de Cuba) can also be made. Upon clearance of your payment your order will be dispatched.
Corporate clients can avail of a credit account subject to trade references and application approval.
Product Availability
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible and will be provided with the following options:
- Substitutions of the product.
- Await stock availability.
- Be given a full refund.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the product images accurately reflect the product being sold. This may vary on occasion and is due to circumstances beyond our control.
Alcohol and Tobacco
We are unable to offer services for the shipping of alcohol or tobacco products to any countries outside of Ireland. This means that items such as gift hampers containing rum or cigars can only be sold within the Republic of Ireland. Alcohol and Tobacco can only be sold to persons 18 years or older.
